My mothers recent stay at Alaris west Orange far exceeded my expectation. The social worker coordinated all discharging planning and what made this challenging was the fact that we were relocating mom out of state. The amount of time she devoted to mom and our entire family made us feel we were the only family in the building. When talking with other residents and family members they felt the same. The caring and compassion we were shown by the social worker will never be forgotten. The entire nursing staff from the director of nursing to the cnas went above and beyond each and every day. The moment i entered the building i was given a detailed update on moms progress. The continuity of care helped my mom progress as well and as quickly as she did. I highly recommend Alaris to anyone who is in need of Rehab or long term care
