Review of Lincoln Park Care Center

I am writing this review from a doctor’s office. I’m a surgical scheduler and I’ve dealt with multiple patients that reside out of this nursing home. I’m writing this review because I’ve exhausted myself trying got get through to the staff at Lincoln Park Care Center. I’ve have multiple patients have to be canceled because of the following reason; Their medical clearance that was requested by us was never completed, the staff never stopped the patients correct medications, the patient was transferred to the WRONG facility, the staff never put the patients appointment down in their book. Now this is all within the last 6months. I’ve spoken to the director of nursing, head charge nurses on the patients’ floor and still nothing. To confirm an appointment I make sure to speak to a nurse on the floor, I fax the information to that nurse’s attention and I mail the information! They have even lied saying the DON was not in but yet when I call her line she answers. It’s disgusting and I’ve dealt with other nursing homes and have had no problems. SO yet again one of my patients had to be canceled for a ridiculous reason on their part and I can’t keep letting this happen. Their motto is “We care and it shows” Well I’m not seeing it!! Do whatever you can to keep your loved one out of this facility for everyone’s sake!!
