My late aunt was here and received horrible service. The food was tasteless, floors were very dirty, personnel were understaffed.
The whole floor smelled like soiled diapers. After 5 PM..you can't find a nurse or aid! Residents were screaming for help while the employees were playing on their cell phones at various corners of the facility.
All in all…AVOID this facility!
