Our Mom entered Leisure Park as a Assisted Living resident. Due to her failing health she is now in the Skilled Nursing . The Social Services department is absolutely useless, there is no communication to her family. She is spending down and will need Medicaid , the Social Service Director offered no assistance and we are trying to do it all alone. Look for another facility where the Social Services dept. actually assists the family!
