This facility is run down. The furniture is old and mismatched. Cracks in the ceilings and window sills. The carpeting is old and worn. Bartley really needs to be renovated from top to bottom. The hallways are always cluttered with wheelchairs, hampers, and carts with cleaning items. The nurses and cna's are very nice and courteous and my loved one has not any complaints about them. Like I stated above, it needs a complete make-over, it needs to be more inviting.
