Wow… I'm shocked at the first review. I've toured many facilities before my mom became a resident at Bartley Healthcare. This is a 5 star Health Grade facility that is one of the reasons we toured in the first place. I am sorry your parent had a bad experience. But my mom has been there since Feb 2011 and has had wonderful care so far. She is treated very well by staff and residents. She really loves the staff they take such good care of her. If they didn't I would not allow her to stay there. I know some of the staff's parents are also residents so that says volumes to me and my family.
