New grove nursing home is not a quailty nursing home. The residents do not seem happy.It always has a odor on the floors.The food cart came on the elevator with visitors. The nursing staff is never warm towards the resident.

blown away !!! the staff is awesome and helpful the rehab made my dad walk again this is a 5 star nursing home my mother is on a waiting list to be able to get in
