Not enough staff to give proper care to patients. Staff that is there, work too long of hours. The care and compassion is not present. Patients are ignored for hours. Left sitting in soiled linens and briefs with no concern.

Facility is beautiful but staff is short and getting a straight answer out of anyone is impossible. Can't get ahold of the doctors…social workers when you can get ahold of them don't answer your questions and no one returns calls. Very unorganized.

Very poor rating from my family. When my Uncle Joe died on the 7th of January this facility did not even have the kindness to post this death in the obituary. They were kind enough to take his life savings, pension and social security. Shame on this facility. The all mighty dollar was all that they were interested in. When my Uncle passed they no longer felt the need to care for him. NOT EVEN a small name/death notice. Would have cost them!

Food stink. not fit for human consumption and doctor on staff a jerk. I spen 5 days in the joint and will never go back. Manor Care for the third time. Try it some times.
