I have never seen such neglect or such horrible living environment. This place should be shut down. How this type of abuse is permitted is beyond me. I will be contacting appropriate authorities in regards to these Negligent discus-sting conditions.

I agree. Disgusting conditions and also my husband had things stolen. He died two days after leaving that place.
He was in a septic conditions.
