Facility is dirty, smells of feces. My mother goes days without seeing a doctor. I have made at least four phone calls to her case manager all of which are not returned. Notoriously short-staffed on the weekends. I was visiting on Saturday and we called for a nurse, waited TWO HOURS before somebody arrived. Overall I would not leave my cat here for care and am no exploring ways to get my mother moved before they kill her from neglect. Again I think one star is generous. It is apparent that the only thing this facility cares about is turning a profit at the risk of innocent, helpless people. The ICE is kept in a Ice chest, no ice machines. It's more of a drug pushing clinic that a rehabiliation center. It should be shut down for the safety of it's residents. Really the worst of the worst in nursing care.
