The resident with whom I am related was witnessed receiving services - including a psychiatric evaluation - that the family did not request, nor did the doctor. Responses to phone calls were initially friendly but when questioned rapidly became terse and unpleasant. The answers to the questions changed each time.
The physical therapist is excellent.
