same experience..No one seems to care there at all. I went looking for help only to be told when I walked up to the nurses station that she would take care of it after her break as she was eating at the desk and other available people were standing around laughing and carrying on.

This writer is correct. We visited my sister-in-law during thanksgiving week and all the time we were in her room, not one employee came in to check on this patient. The staff kept walking by and looking in, that was it. The poor woman across the hall needed TLC badly. The staff walked by her and hardly gave her the time of day, and she was in her wheelchair trying to talk to the staff. Terrible PR on the staffs part, staff not friendly.
