The facility is neat and clean and does not have odors when going in. I know that their dietary staff and the manager in the dietary is very rude and makes comments about residents asking for food. They do not let everyone have snacks only certain ones get snacks. They do not let everyone have seconds. The manager is very rude to the patients. Otherwise it is not a bad facility. I believe the residents should be able to have snacks and should be able to have something else if they want it. It is suppose to be their home.
