The person that answered my very first call - and therefore the first impression - seemed very 'put out' by my call.
I said I was looking for a facility for…and she interrupted me and I was put on hold. She came back and said the Dir. of Admissions wasn't there, to call back at 10 tomorrow.
As I needed to know today, because the doctor wanted to know where they were to go, I asked if they accepted a specific insurance. She interrupted again, that she didn't know anything. I figured a nurse usually knew…but…
…you guessed it, I Won't be calling there again!
