I'm not sure about the rating system--I have had two family members at Hidden Lake Care Center and have been pleased with care of both and recommend it highly to my friends. The staff is caring and attentive to needs. They are a beautiful facility and the place is always clean and smells good. I particularly like how they respond if there is an issue. I will not hesitate to continue to recommend this facility. My mom was on hospice at the end and we thought about moving to hospice house but realized they couldn't take as good a care as the people who knew her so well for the past 3 years. It was like having family taking care of her!
