This facility was in the process of making some great changes from May 2014-November 2014. The administrator was amazing and so was the social services and therapy departments! Unfortunately a new administrator came aboard end of the year and he is driving the place right back into the ground!! Maybe if he and the DON could stop making googly eyes at each other they would actually get things done! Instead complaints and nursing issues are completely neglected. The administrator told my sister she doesn't belonging a LTC facility but rather assisted living. And that she makes others uncomfortable by her presence there! Absolutely awful!! Get rid of the administrator and DON and you might get things right again!
