Review of Maple Wood Healthcare Center

The worst facility I have ever seen ever!!!! We asked for our mom to be taking care of instead they released her stateing she was at her highest leave of treatment and was good to go home we tried telling them she was not good at all but they said they had a meeting with all nurses and physical therapy and she was great and 2 day s later we are at hospital with kidney failure! !!!!! Won't recommend to no one!!!
