It's outdated , I wouldn't wish this place on no person. It's drab and depressing and should have been closed down long ago . paint on wall not painted the same color. PAINT IS DRIPPED OVER OLD BASEBOARDS. Patient beds are old and out dated Televisions are allowed to blast away at all hours Patients are allowed to sit in the middle of the narrow hallways causing other patients inconvience I've visited many nursing homes this one is by far the worst. It has the same owner as Autumn Ridge that is nice and displayed on t.v. Festus Manor is Jefferson County as it's worst. Someone should be accountable for this. The owners and the county health division need a wake up call. these elderly people need to go out with some dignity
