Review of Westchester House, The

Night staff is horrible. Some of the nursing staff have very bad bed side manners. They changed name to Springbridge. Refused pain pills to patient that was recovering from surgery. Do not listen to patient only concerned about completing rehab schedule. Expects patients to rehab too quickly with rigid schedule of physical therapy. The directors do not appear to be aware of miscues that occur with the staff on a day to day basis. The doctor only visits once per weeek. I do not recommend this faciility.
