This place should be shut down! Filthy facility ie dirty beds, floors, walls, equipment. The food is inedible and. of cheap poor quality. Not enough staff, lack of sanitation, only 2 baths per week. All you do there is wait…for medications, for help, no privacy, no tv or telephones or electric beds, many many neglectful issues going on there. I cried almost all of the 3 weeks I languished there. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ON HERE! Lying in a dirty diaper & bed. for hours is dehumanizing! I would rather die at home in my own clean room than ever go there again. I. have filed complaints and intend to follow thru. SHAME ON OWNERS OF COVENANT REHAB!

I wish I would die because of the NEGLECT & abuse I suffer here. requested mental health services which has been disregarded. I hard a estimated 3lb fecal impacting after no bowel movement after 15+ days. I would kill myself if I had the means. I feel like I'm in prison HELP
