Im am transportation for the residents in this home & maney other nursing homes in Mn & Wi for 7 years. The staff is kept at the bare minamum at View Crest & the care is not good not,because the staff (cna) but becaues under staffed at all time they simply can not care for your loved one that reason. I have would not bring your loved one here if you care about them. I work for a transportation company & not for View Crest so please DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVE ONE HERE. THEY have also made it in the top 10 worst nursing home in Mn.
