Facility is going down hill fast. Al though there are some good employees, many are only there for the pay check which means they do not treat the vulnerable adults whom they care for well. I have a loved one who is at Assumption and we are moving her to a different facility. The average time it is taking staff to answer a call light is 45 minutes. By that time my mother has wet or dirtied her pants. She is afraid to ask for help since the employees will make her feel bad when she asks because they are too busy. I think the facility means well however without competent caring employees the facility fails which it is doing. Very, very disappointed with entire experience. If you really do love your elders do not admit them to Assumption Home. Thank you for listening.
