This facility is the worst and dirtiest I have ran across. The workers are inexperienced and there is so much elderly abuse that happens constantly so I wouldn't recommend anyone to place their loved ones there cause you will regret it and he or she will not receive the quality of care their promised. The workers are only there for a pay check not for your loved one. I have had an awful experience with this facility and that is why the state of Michigan has such frequent visits. How terrible is it for the workers to get away with hitting and mentally abusing these elderly people that ate innocent and don't wanna be in there anyways. I have also noticed the head people stick up for their employees when abuse is reported just to cover their self, it's so sad the things I have observed while my loved one was there.
