I was appalled when I saw the facility my wife was being admitted to. Unlike the Heartland Troy facility she was in a month ago, the room and the entire building looked old, dingy, dark and tired with a urine smell. My friends and relatives… Full Review

Absolutely horrible. This place should not exist in America. ..It's amazing they can find peeps to work at this place....Felt so bad leaving mum there 1 night.... However, i did tell her she did not have to stay........Getting her out today… Full Review

This facility should be shut down! My husband was to be there for sub acute rehab and fell twice under this facilities care. I could not leave him alone, except to go home to sleep. They are understaffed and do not take care of there patients… Full Review

The residence is poorly maintained. It's old, dirty and smelled. The staff minimally interacts with the patients. Patients are left in their rooms to fend for themselves. My father was to be turned every 2 hours. On the days I was there… Full Review
