Review of Roosevelt Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Communit

My dad stayed in this nursing home in 2011. He fell 4 times & one of the times he stayed in his urine on the floor for over 3 hours before anyone found him. It stinks in there & I wouldn't put my loved one in this facility.
