After the loss of the Care Center's long time administrator the feeling in the home has completely changed. The new administrator is curt, lacks compassion and warmth, and is seemingly not available, as the former administrator was. Although she has been there as long as he was she is definately a person who belongs in the office and not in the position of the warm front line leader that Will was. This has certainly spilled over to the staff which ultimately, unfortunately affects the residents.
