Short staffed, careless, and miss-managed describe the operational side of this beautiful facility. If you like to see you loved one in the emergency room at Allegiance hospital Ridgecrest is the place for them. The senior staff and management have become proficient at telling stories that do not make sense as to how terrible accidents happen. Management appears to be kind and sincere wile apologizing for the accident and subsequent pain your loved one is in but do nothing to correct the problem. The desire for profit keeps staff levels low especially at night and staff training is non existent because it costs too much. The facility is new and nicely appointed. the color schemes and decoration are done to perfection.
