This facility was down right filthy. They keep sterile gloves in the bathroom above the toilets that are shared with 4 other people. Removed our loved one immediately!… Full Review

there are no extra chairs to visit in a family members room. the Nursing staff are not team players and call lights do not get answered. The turnover rate in this facility is extremely high which should tell everyone how bad this place is… Full Review
