Review of Regency on the Lake - Fort Gratiot

I had my grandmother there and the care was horrible. The staff was not helpful and they were uneducated in the type of care that my grandmother needed to sustain a good quality of life. She was just a paycheck to them and not a human being because she paid out of pocket for services.
