Released a patient (mother) with low grade temp. and unstable gate, When she was admitted for rehab due to weakness she walked into the facility on her own power and upon discharge she needed assistance and also changed medications without substantial backing. Also when you go there you must accept their own doctors and their own facilities and your own care professionals have no rights in there.
