Please do not take your loved one here. A doctor did not even see our dad until he had been there 3 days- even though we were told that by law he would be seen within 48 hours. While most of the staff caring for Dad were kind, the communication was horrible, they lost all his clothes right away, they said they would remedy situations and then never follow through. Even something as small as getting him a covered container of water took days to accomplish. There were times they forgot to bring him his food, times where he was left to feed himself (he couldn't), meds not given, dressings not changed, oxygen not on- we had to fight to get problems remedied- not sure if they have a staffing problem or what. There were ants in the pt rooms and public restrooms. All we got were "I'm sorry" and then the same thing would happen over again. The PT and OT staff seem knowledgable, kind, and competent.
