The State deficiency report

is alarming but does even begin to scratch the surface. There are a lot of issues that go unreported by the staff and administrators here. For a small facility there is no excuse for the lack of care that the residents receive here. When administrators are confronted with the multitude of issues and on going problems they employ the "plausible deniability" defense and blame subordinates, even though they KNOW there are patterns of abuse, neglect and exploitation of the residents they are responsible for caring for.
