Review of Sligo Creek Center

Would not send my enemy to Sligo Creek. My mother was place there for rehab after suffering from a stroke.The staff left her tray never gave her water. One evening I came in and found her in stool and the next week she was rush to the hospital in Acute Renal Failure from dehydration. She was in good conditon when she was admitted to Sligo. The staff is non-caring,they lie about the care they are suppose to give. The PT dept is great, nursing and dietary are lousy. Our Medicare dollars should not paid for the care they give. They should be closed.
