Staff doesnt come when patients need them. For example I have a relative there and when her undergarments are soiled cant get anyone to clean her up for some time. Also some nuses aids only want to work on payday. They act like they dont want to be there. Also my relative who resides there is not happy and nor am I. Relative is in the room at meal time and no one peeks in to see if she needs help or even if she may be choking. Employees know when reletives are coming to visit, for example the weekends…
