The staff is very slow to get things done.
FORGET about a STAT lab results. It may take a week to get your result and by then your loved one is DEAD! The carpet is So dirty you can not see the pattern in it.
The smell of crap is always in the air. People screaming for help from there rooms.
STAY AWAY FROM ENVOY!
