The staff at Northampton Manor is amazing! The rehab department got my father walking and home from an acute hip fracture. This is a great, well run facility!

The facility is clean & patients do seem to be looked after. My only problem is the excessive rates, higher than other local homes with similar facilities and reviews. I understand this fall when new facility opens the rate increase is due to 2 people per room instead of the current 3, however their rates are still excessive when compared to other places in region, in my opinion.

only 2 stars as there is not enough one on one with patients. also, their prices are very high for what you get & will increase yet again when the new building opens this spring.
