My Mom is here after major back surgery. She has had no problems with the day staff but the night staff from 12 to 7 needs to pay better attention to patients. My Mom has been spoke to rudely more than once, had a bed pan thrown at her and isn't getting her pain medications in a timely manner.

This place is fantastic. My grandfather was there for the final few weeks of his life, and the staff, while short-handed, was always pleasant and helpful. They have a very family-like feel to their care and treatment of their patients and their visiting families. Highly recommend!

This is the worst facility I have ever seen nasty and dirty and the staff is horrible. The admin staff suck the director or nursing is horrible she is so nice till you ask her a question I would not put my worst dog in here

They are lacking the knowledge and resources to actually care for their patients … Very neglectful and rude .. They do not care that their patients are starving or in pain .

My mother-in-law entered the facility for rehab after a fractured leg with redness on her heel and sacrum. Within 6 weeks, both of those were stage 4 with new ulcers on the other heel and calf. She now has infection in the bone, is septic and has been placed on hospice. While the staff was kind, they were not attentive to changing her position and taking precautions to prevent further skin breakdown.

No compassionate whatsoever, staff is very arrogant and very lazy, staff very nasty to patients. I walked up upon nurses/aids making fun of patients. Staff does not respond to a buzzer for help.

Not enough star to take care of family members there seems to be a 3 aides to 60 resident ratio now which is worse than before . They offer gold when they can't even deliver bronze

They're never there on return visit. Tired of hearing the laundramat BS story. So I can't buy her clothes because they disappear. I will now send money to beauty parlor for her.
