The rating is actually "0", but I couldn't choose that one.
This place just about killed my husband, refused side rails, didn't bring him meals, totally could not get his Parkinson's meds correct - for TWO weeks, overdosed him on one med for a week and a half. Was abused because he got out of bed, fell, had an accident, was screamed at, a diaper put on him, thrown into his recliner and placed out by the front desk. I wanted the employee fired, they wouldn't do it. I reported them and when it was investigated, there was no record of it. SURPRISE!!!
If you love your loved one - DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS HIDEOUS PLACE!!!
