My mother has been at Summit Park for 6 months and I can not thank the staff enough for the care they are giving to her. The nurses are always pleasant and the assistants and food staff are also very bubbly and friendly. I show up at random times and her bed is always clean and she is well kept.
Her room has nice touches from the staff and other visitors (flowers/cards/pictures) that make it more homey. The food is good…she insists on sharing when I am there. I have been pleased with the variety that Mom is offered.
They have enough activities for her to handle. Mom had a walker and they have allowed her to use it all the time…now as she's getting more tired, they will have a wheel chair for her when needed.
The nursing staff contacts me proactively when they feel she should be evaluated…that something doesn't look quite right. I appreciate the calls and concern and action they take on behalf of her well being.
I have recommended Summit Park to friends who have elderly parents. I can't thank the staff enough for their good treatment of my mother.
