Frederick Villa Nursing Center is the worst nursing care facility I have ever been in. The administrator, Reilly Smith, is arrogant and cocky. The facility is very dated and smells like urine. The long-term patients are squeezed in small closet… Full Review

The Rehab Facility and staff is great. I can't see my mother staying in that facility permanently. It is on the low end of the septrum. Most of the nursing staff was kind. You have to check behind them on everything.… Full Review
