I would really think before I sent anyone here. My mom was in two weeks and they only showered her once. Even after repeated requests. My mom was told to urinate in her pants we'll clean you up. One Friday she was laying in bed at 10:30, because the aide said she didn't want to change. This is rehab, you are supposed to move forward not backward. The other night my mom needed help with the bathroom, pushed call button, after 15-minutes, went to desk and women had no concern. As she sat under red call button. I'll get someone. 10 minutes later after my mom sent in her pants spomeone came. This is not a place to put a family member. Although PT and OT are good the rest is horrible.
