The Physical Therapy staff are really nice and helpful and a few of the nursing staff are great as well. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. There is a smell on the first level which never goes away. They do not have enough nurses to cover the floors, sometimes only having 1 or 2 nurses in the day for 39 patients! Therefore at times my mom's needs were neglected. She would ask for something and they would come back hours later, sometimes without what she asked for. Their rooms are very outdated and just not pleasant to look at. My Mom's room was hot most times and they had a boxed fan in there. A few of the nurses were very rude to both my mom and myself when issues were addressed. The food was really bad and the silverware and cutlery smelled, as if it hadn't been cleaned. I would not bring my loved one there again. The business office staff are very helpful and the social workers were very helpful as well.
