A high turnover in staff from the kitchen to the directors office. Seem to pay low wages and unable to maintain staff with expert skills. GNAs seem to have lack of basic skill set for taking care of staff that requires average daily living assistance. Every 3-6 months there is a new social worker and reporting of problems to social workers never seem to be followed up to close family members concerns due to high turnover in the social work department.
