As a relative of a resident (going on a year) I have always had good experiences when visiting. My mother is extremely content and loves the staff. They are prompt when she calls them and given any requested meds (when appropriate) in a timely manner. I have always found the facility to be clean, well kept and odor free. I do feel they are understaffed but the staff they have is wonderful. My mother in general likes the food and the variety of the menu. She does not participate in activities by choice although they do keep trying. Overall, she is happy which is what matters.
