Poorest quality of care I have ever seen. Didn't even contact family when family member fell during the night!

I give four stars rather than five ONLY because my experience with Kindred-Westgate was limited. My father lived there for just one month prior to his death. The staff was highly proactive in keeping me informed of his condition. Staff members appeared to take an interest in learning as much as possible about my father (he was suffering from dementia) in order to improve his care and connect with him. The facility is pleasant, was clean, the policy was open door.
