I have heard from ER nurses and hospital nurses that patients coming to their hospital's care from Ponchartrain are often filthy, in poor health, neglected and frequently have bruises. One ER nurse said that the nick name for the Ponchartrain… Full Review

I love Ponchatrain Health Care Center, they have an amazing rehab dept. It is the only Nursing Home I have ever walked into an NOT smelled urine. The resident are happy and clean. My grandmother says the food is great, and she loves the staff… Full Review
