My mother is in Brownsboro Hills nursing home. As nursing homes go, I rate them as excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is very clean and free of odors. The food is excellent. All the rooms have large windows that let lots of light in. That is very important for mental health.
The staff is very professional. I totally disagree with the person that gave them a 1 star rating and said that they are rude and trash. The staff is professional in every way. I would disregard that person's statement. She/he didn't give any specifics on what they felt that way. Some people are going to find fault no matter what.
I'm confident that I can go away on vacation, and my mother will be well taken care of. I could have found a nursing home much closer to my home, but I chose Brownsboro for all the reasons I stated.
