Thank you so much for your feedback. Here at Four Courts, we provide residents their medication at the times specified by their doctor. We host many activities for our residents every day, including exercise, current events, socials, movie hour and much more. We hold family meetings upon admission, quarterly and any additional time that is requested. We have a delightful menu planned by our Registered Dietitian. These menus are in full compliance with state and federal guidelines. We provide daily snacks on the units based on what the patients request. If you ever have any questions related to you or your loved one’s stay at Four Courts, please do not hesitate to contact Nicolle Meade, Administrator at (502) 451-0990 .
