I appreciate most of staff, though can change and in 8/2011 was short-staffed; my mother there twice now. Both times a bit different in quality, but still far better than any other place. I wish the price was not so high so we could keep her there. She loved the routine (Alzheimer's). Need continuing education on dementia.
