This place is horrible. The staff is mean to the residents and their relatives. The Doctor does not treat patients with the dignity they deserve and he ignores the requests of relatives. The patients sit soaked in urine for hours and anytime the patient pushes the call light the nurses tell them they are too much trouble. This place is horrible and the pits.There is a great deal of patient neglect.
